Almost two years ago, a very good friend recommended Jeanne Brown to me. At that point, my wife and I were just venturing out into the real estate world and were completely ignorant. However at that time, we were not in a position financially to achieve our goals. Jeanne answered our questions patiently and advised us on purchasing a home. Hi Steve Baird and Steve Lawrence Branch Mgr., I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful realtor you have in Jeanne Brown. She listed my home in Gurnee as a short sale-it was a really tough short sale as we were dealing with three different loans, a horrible negotiator at our mortgage bank and an inexperienced attorney. I put my home up for sale as we relocated to California for employment. I should mention that my home was in very good condition, it did need new windows and a new driveway, however, the kitchen, bathrooms, furnace were all brand new and we had just put in hard wood floors.
