Our Luxury Living program received the First Place Luxury Portfolio International® Marketing Award! This top award for excellence in luxury real estate marketing is presented annually by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) to a brokerage within its network of more than 500 around the world.

“Baird & Warner has been the leader in Chicagoland high-end real estate since we created the first luxury marketing program in the 1920’s,” said Laura Ellis. “We are delighted to be recognized by LeadingRE and Luxury Portfolio for our ability to offer our affluent clientele the exceptional marketing, global reach and unparalleled local expertise to help them effortlessly achieve their real estate goals.”

The Baird & Warner Luxury Living program launched in July 2015, expanding our luxury listing capabilities to further cater to this growing market. Through Luxury Living, every qualifying listing receives a complimentary Luxury Living Core Package of branded marketing materials and services specifically designed for high-end properties. Among other components, the package includes a custom folder, program overview book, broker profile brochures, property collateral, feature sheets and promotional messages, all of which are available through Marketing Services.

Baird & Warner was also nominated for a Diamond Award, LeadingRE’s highest honor, and a Million Dollar Club award. The Diamond Award is presented annually to the member company that has most actively participated in all of LeadingRE’s business offerings. Of the 25 brokerages nominated, Baird & Warner was the only real estate company from the midwest region.
